The details of the return policy, which is applicable to all products purchased from www.tinyfam.com, are as follows.
- Returns are accepted up to 5 days after delivery for the products which are stated as returnable on the product page, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Items are eligible for return if the product is damaged/defective/not same as described or parts of the product are missing.
- In the event that the product you received was not same as described/ damaged/defective from our end, we will investigate the situation thoroughly, please email us at returns@tinyfam.com with your order number and a photo/video of the items condition as requested by TinyFam. We will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.
- In the event of a change of mind, a return request must be submitted within five days after the date of delivery; after five days, returns will not be accepted.
- On the eligible returns a pickup will be scheduled to the same delivery address on which the product was delivered.
- The refund will be initiated as soon as the product meets the return eligibility criteria. The amount will be refunded within 5 – 7 business days. Please refer refund policy to know more on refunds.
