Return Policy

The details of the return policy, which is applicable to all the eligible products purchased from www.tinyfam.com, are as follows.

• Returns are accepted up to 5 days after delivery for the products which are stated as returnable on the product page, if the item is unused and in its original condition. Items are eligible for return if the product is damaged/defective/not the same as described or parts of the product are missing. 

• In the event that the product you received was not the same as described/ damaged/defective from our end, we will investigate the situation thoroughly, please email us at orders@tinyfam.info or WhatsApp us with your order number and a photo/video of the item's condition as requested by TinyFam. We will do everything we can to find a satisfactory solution.

• In the event of a change of mind, a return request must be submitted within five days from the date of delivery; after five days, returns will not be accepted.

• On the eligible returns a pickup will be scheduled to the same delivery address on which the product was delivered.

• The refund will be initiated as soon as the product meets the return eligibility criteria. The amount will be refunded within 5 – 7 working days. You can expect the payment to reflect in your bank account in the next 7-10 business days. Please refer to the refund policy to know more on refunds.

The details of the refund policy, which is applicable to all returns/refunds requests are as follows.

• Refunds will be initiated to the original payment method, and we will credit the refund amount to your debit/credit card or online accounts.

• Your bank account will receive a refund for pre-paid orders made with a credit card, debit card, or through net banking, and it will be processed within 3–7 working days after the refund request has been approved by us.

• Orders paid through cash on delivery (COD) will only be refunded to your bank account provided by you within 3-7 business days.

Replacement Policy

• The product will be considered as eligible for replacement if the exact product is available from the same seller. It is not possible to replace a product with another product, however in situations like these you can raise a return request, please refer to the return policy to know more on returns.

• Unfortunately If the product on which the replacement request was raised is out of stock, the product cannot be replaced. In such a situation you can request a return to claim a full refund.
