The following are the terms and conditions that apply to TinyFam Gift Cards. You can buy Gift Cards using the various options available on TinyFam, or you can use Gift Cards given to you by third parties in the manner described below. By purchasing or using a Gift Card, you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

Gift Cards can only be redeemed for eligible items on the TinyFam. Purchases are deducted from the Gift Card balance of the redeemer. Any remaining balance on the Gift Card will be linked to the redeemer's TinyFam account and used to make purchases. The difference must be paid with a credit card, net banking, or debit card if a transaction exceeds the balance on the redeemer's Gift Card. There are no fees or penalties associated with Gift Cards.

Gift Cards and any unused Gift Card balances have no expiration date. Only gift cards in denominations of up to ₹5000 are available. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash or for the purchase of additional gift cards. Gift cards cannot be reloaded, resold, transferred for cash value, or redeemed for cash. There will be no cash refund at any point in time. It is not possible to transfer a Gift Card that has not been used to another person.

Gift Cards must be purchased from TinyFam, and you are responsible for ensuring that your TinyFam Gift Card is not used illegally. If a Gift Card is used without permission, TinyFam is not responsible for any unlawful behavior or fraud committed by a third party in connection with the Gift Card, and accepts no liability. TinyFam reserves the right to cancel customer accounts and collect payment from alternative sources if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is used and/or used to make purchases on www.tinyfam.com.

You agree to abide by these terms and conditions and not to use a Gift Card in any way that is deceptive, unfair, or harmful to tinyfam.com, its affiliates, or its customers by using a Gift Card. TinyFam reserves the right to cancel customer accounts and collect payment from alternative sources if a fraudulently obtained Gift Card is used and/or used to make purchases on www.tinyfam.com.

The TinyFam Terms of Service apply. Gift Cards do not have any fees attached to them. We reserve the right to request additional verification of your identity, Gift Card or account ownership, or the submission of an additional payment instrument before you can use a Gift Card to make a purchase with your account. You agree to follow the laws of the state when you buy, get, or use a Gift Card to make a purchase. We have the right, at our sole discretion, to amend these terms and conditions at any moment without notice. All terms and conditions apply to the extent permitted by law.
